Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic

Alliance Construction is an industry leader in excavation, underground utilities, and earthwork services.

Alliance Construction field mechanics will repair heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, graders, compactors, wheel loaders, and track skid loaders.

  • Perform repairs promptly to keep equipment running and crews working.
  • Communicate with the Shop Coordinator and shop mechanic(s).
  • Complete the paperwork and submit it to the shop to maintain repair records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies throughout each day.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in the related field
  • Valid Class A CDL driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • Practical written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid leadership and decision-making skills
